As a former collegiate athlete, elite forest firefighter and Hotshot, triathlete and skier, Dr. Nicole has intimate experience with the often demanding levels of physicality we ask out of our bodies.
Inspired by the amazing feats of athleticism humans can achieve, she completed her Pre-Med undergraduate degree with the full intention of moving forward into the more traditional medical model, as an MD.
Life, however, had other plans.
During her volunteer rotations she began witnessing wild moments of intense trauma and became heartbroken for those people whose healing journeys were just beginning.
She began rebelliously questioning the system that only put people back together after days/months/years of unhealthy habits, poor decisions, and total disconnect from their bodies. There HAD to be a better way!

Her studies took her to Life Chiropractic College West. Graduating with honors in 2013, she went on to receive Level 1, Level 2, and the highest Level 3 certifications in the unique, innovative mind-body approach pioneered by Donald Epstein.
Most recently, in 2021 she completed 2 years of post-graduate training in MasterE (the most advanced applications of NetworkSpinal in the world), and is now part of an elite cohort of several hundred doctors internationally who are committed to helping people access health, awareness, and presence through the most advanced quantum strategies available!
After over a decade of owning Evolve’s bustling, muti-doctor practice (and flagship location) in the Arts District of Reno, Nevada she made the big leap (for BIG LOVE!) in 2025 to McCall, Idaho.
Now she spends her days in Evolve’s quaint downtown location (inside Reclamation’s nature-based retail!). You can find her educating on the brilliance of the human body, taking care of her local community, and adventuring in the bounty of the local public lands: always with her trusty canine companion, Odin, in tow.
